社会工作实务在老年人临终关怀中的介入研究——以xx护理院为例
在各行各业激烈竞争的21世纪，老年人作为社会中的弱势群体。他们的需求和呼声在很大程度上会被忽略，在他们需求中优逝一直是他们所关心的最重要的问题，针对如何去解决老年人的优逝这一直以来都是我国在社会发展中的一个潜在问题。临终关怀社会工作作为一种专业的服务，其在解决老年人的逝去的问题上，针对老年人的五大需求，综合运用个案、社区工作模式中开展对老年人的专业服务，通过耐心的接案，精心的预估，周密的计划，及时的介入和结案，最后对整个服务过程的评估这一套完整的专业工作流程解决老年弱势群体的最大问题。当然对于老年临终群体仅仅通过老年人临终关怀是不够的，针对这一缺陷在中也提出来了针对老年临终群体的建议和解决策略。愿每位老年临终者都可以安详从容的离去，希望社会工作可以在中国蓬勃发展。

Research on social work practice interventing on hospice care for the elderly
——Taking Heze filial piety and nursing home as an example
Abstract:As a vulnerable group in society, the elderly needs and voices are often been ignored in the fierce competition in all walks of life in twenty-first century. Good death has been one of the most important issues that the elderly concern. How to solve the problem of the elderly’s good death has been always a potential problem in the social development of our country. Hospice social work as a professional service. in order to solve the problems of the elderly, according to the five needs of the elderly, the elderly to carry out professional services, comprehensive use case model of community work, through the case of patience, careful estimates, careful plan, timely intervention and the case, the biggest problem at the final assessment for the entire service process that a complete set of professional work flow to solve the elderly vulnerable groups. Of course, for elderly dying groups, only through the elderly hospice care is not enough, in view of this defect, we also put forward suggestions and solutions for the elderly dying groups. May every elderly dying person leave peacefully and calmly, and hope that social work can flourish in china.
