论现代犯罪手段对传统侦查方法的冲击
随着科学技术的不断发展，犯罪手段与犯罪空间都在发生着改变。现代犯罪手段多种多样，以互联网为首的计算机科技飞跃使得现代社会步入了信息化时代。在计算机科技的利弊双面性下，信息社会和信息犯罪也应运而生，面对如今泛滥的网络犯罪和给人类带来的威胁和侵权。由于信息犯罪在犯罪主体方面、犯罪客体方面、犯罪手段方面、犯罪隐蔽方面的专业特点，导致犯罪行为迅速蔓延、身份的难识别和法律适用的困难等问题，对传统侦查方法带来了极大的冲击。本文围绕着现代犯罪手段对传统侦查方法的冲击进行了探讨，并提出了对我国传统侦查方法制度完善的建议。

On the impact of modern criminal means on traditional investigation methods
Abstract: With the continuous development of science and technology, the means of crime and the space of crime are changing. The modern crime means are various, and the computer technology leap led by the Internet makes the modern society enter the information age. In the face of the pros and cons of computer science and technology, information society and information crime also emerge as the times require, facing the current cyber crime and threats to human beings and infringement. Due to the special features of information crime on the subject of crime, object of crime, criminal means, crime concealment of applicable law makes the crime behavior difficult to identify and spread quickly, the identity of the difficulties and other issues, has brought great impact on the traditional investigation methods. This paper probes into the impact of modern criminal means on the traditional investigation methods, and puts forward some suggestions on the perfection of the traditional investigation methods in china.
