小学生学习倦怠成因及对策分析研——以杭州某小学为例


 学习倦怠是消极学习心理的反映,小学阶段学生存在着一定程度的学习倦怠现象。通过对杭州市某小学学生学习倦怠现象展开调查研究,发现小学生学习倦怠与性别、年级有显著联系:男生比女生更容易出现学习倦怠现象;年级越高越容易出现学习倦怠现象。同时发现个人、家庭、学校、社会是引起学习倦怠的四个主要因素。基于上述结论,我提出了如下缓解学生学习倦怠建议:小学生自身要树立信心,明确学习目标;家长要为孩子营造宽松温暖的学习氛围,关心和爱护孩子;学校要根据小学生的心理发展特点和年龄特征等,有针对性的培养学习情感,有效提高小学生的学习效率及学习能力。

Abstract
Learning burnout phenomenon reflects the students' negative learning psychology. There is a certain degree of burnout on Primary school students. According to the investigation and research on the pupils’ learning burnout phenomenon in a primary school in Hangzhou, it is showed that the students’ learning burnout is significantly related with their grade and gender. Male pupils are more likely to have learning burnout, as well as the pupils in a higher grade. The investigation also shows that individual, family, school and society are four major factors in causing the learning burnout phenomenon. Based on these results, I propose the following suggestion: First, pupils should build up confidence and set clear learning goals. Second, parents should construct relaxing and warm learning atmosphere for their children and take good care of them. Third, based on the psychological development characteristics and the age characteristics of the pupils, schools are expected to emphasize on fostering the students sense of learning, enhancing the learning efficiency and improving the learning ability of the pupils.
