爱丽丝·沃克《紫色》中的生态女性主义解析

爱丽丝•沃克是美国生态女性主义作家的重要代表人物。这里以她的代表作《紫色》为例，揭露了男女之间的不平等关系以及人类对生态系统的破坏。同样的悲惨遭遇将女性与自然联系在一起，与男性相比，被视为弱者的女性能更好的与自然相处。
对女性来说，男权社会是她们受到压迫的根本原因，而自然则是因为人类中心主义思想受到剥削。然而，无论是女性还是自然，在不断的摧残下都开始进行反抗，女性逐渐脱离了男性，变得越来越独立，自然对人类强而有力的反击胜过任何人为的伤害。这一切都引发了人类的深思，对这种反抗一味的镇压已经没有任何意义，只有改变固有错误观念才能从根本上解决问题。也就是说，只有处理好男性与女性、人与自然间的关系，才能建立一个和谐的世界。

Abstract

Alice Walker is one of the leading voices of ecofeminism in America. Taking her representative work The Color Purple as example, this thesis reveals the oppression of women by men and the oppression of nature by human in the novel. Similar sufferings link women and nature together. Compared with men, women can get along with nature better.
Patriarchal society is the root cause of the oppression of women. And anthropocentrism results in the exploitation of nature. However, under the continuing oppression, both of women and nature start to defend for themselves. Women become more and more independent and gradually get rid of men. Nature’s revenge on human beings is more violent than any other man-made sabotage. Facing all these, people start to reflect on themselves. Obviously, constant suppression has no use any more and the solution lies in the change of their ingrained misconceptions. In other words, establishing a good relationship between men and women, nature and the human society is a real way to create a harmonious world.
