新时期师生关系心理之研究师生关系一直都是教学中不可忽视的重要环节，是师生在校园生活中不可避免的人际交往关系的重要一种。在新时期下，师生关系问题逐渐突出，师生关系心理矛盾及问题也随之而来。随着教学水平的提高，教学方式的不断进步发展，做为教学中必不可少的环节，师生之间的相处之道也会随之发生着改变。本篇文章旨在通过调查研究和查找文献，来分析当下师生关系心理，找到为什么和谐民主型师生关系将成为主要师生关系的原因，并具体论述如何建立和谐民主型师生关系。

Abstruct：The relationship between teacher and students has always been an important link in teaching can not be ignored.Is the teachers and studends in the campus life inevitably important a kind of interpersonal communication.Under the new period,the relationship between teachers and students problem increasingly prominent,the relationship between teachers and students psychological contradictions and problems followed.With the improvement of teaching level,teaching method of progressive development,as the indispensable link in the teaching,their interaction between teachers and students will also be changed accordingly.This article aims to study and search a literature,to analyze the relationship between teachers and students psychological,to find why democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students will become the main causes of the relationship between teachers and students,to find discusses the ways and measures of the democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship.
