论伊丽莎白·班纳特与简·爱的女性意识比较

Abstract
In the 19th century, a group of women writers emerged in the British literary world. Jane Eyre and Pride and Prejudice are two representative novels in English literature written by Charlotte Bronte and Jane Austen, two influential women writers of English realism. The female images they shaped, which fight for a free and equal social status in the deep-rooted patriarchal society, reflect the awakening of the female consciousness of the 19th century. As products of the same era, the two masterpieces have many similarities, but there are also many differences. By comparing the two works, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two works, so as to interpret the feminine consciousness in them more deeply.

摘  要
19世纪，英国文学界涌现出一批女作家，《简爱》和《傲慢与偏见》这两部在英国文学史上极具代表性的小说分别是由两位具有世界影响力的英国现实主义女作家夏洛蒂·勃朗特和简·奥斯汀所写。她们塑造的女性形象在根深蒂固的父权社会为自由平等的地位抗争，折射出19世纪女性意识的觉醒。这两部名著作为同一时代的产物，有许多相似的地方，但也有不同。本文就是通过对比这两个作品，来剖析二者的异同，从而更深入地解读其中体现的女性意识。
