【内容摘要】

从霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论分析中美商务谈判中的非言语交际 
全球化推动了国际贸易频繁。在商务贸易中,由于文化差异和生活方式的不同产生了很多误解。而非语言沟通作为跨文化交际的一个重要组成部分和其更真实的特性,引起了广泛的研究。本文基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度,试图研究在中美之间商务谈判中的非言语交际的文化不同点及其重要性。本文通过分析中美商务谈判的中的非言语交际的案例,试图弄清非言语交际如何能提高商务谈判效率以及商务谈判代表应注意的问题。

Nonverbal Communication in the Sino-American Business Negotiation on Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions
Abstract
Along with the business globalization, the international trade boomed. In this process, for different culture and life style, the misunderstanding is inevitable. In the negotiation, nonverbal communication as an overbearing part in international trade, free of distortion and deception, has drawn a growing number of academics. Based on Hofstede’s cultural dimensions, the thesis tries to study the cultural differences and importance of nonverbal communication in negotiations between China and America. Through analyzing the cases in cross-cultural business negotiation, this thesis tries to find out how the nonverbal communication imposes the business negotiation and how to be a good negotiator are necessary.
