寿险代理人绩效管理问题的研究

【内容摘要】

随着保险业的迅速发展,代理人、保险人和投保人之间的信息不对称,造成代理人损害投保人、保险人利益的法律案件不断发生。

而保险代理人的绩效管理制度不健全是出现这些问题的根源。因此,完善对代理人的绩效管理制度成为我国保险业发展的关键。
本文主要从保险代理人现在的绩效状况入手,回顾代理人管理制度的历史,分析已有的对寿险代理人绩效管理的制度,包括晋升制度、培训制度、督导制度、考核制度和报酬制度。接着基于绩效管理制度现状,提出了绩效管理中出现的三个问题,分别阐述了可能造成这些问题的原因。然后运用委托代理模型进行激励因素的变量分析,作进一步加深解释,说明存在问题的原因及解决方法。最后针对这个分析的结果提出建议并作总结。

ABSTRACT

   With the rapid development of the insurance industry, information asymmetry often happens among agents, insurers and insurance applicants, increasing the number of law suits related to the benefits of insurers and insurance applicants. The root reason is the unsound agent performance management system. Therefore, to improve the agent performance management system has become the key issue of insurance industry.
This paper starts from the description of current agent performance management system, recalling the history and analyzing the existing system which includes the promotion system, training system, supervision system, evaluation system and reward system. Based on the situation of current performance management system, three issues are raised and the probable causes of them are explained respectively. Then the use of principal-agent incentive model gives the problem-solving a further explanation. Finally, from the results of the model analysis, recommendations and conclusions are proposed.
