微格教学法在小学英语师范生培训中的应用研究

 

随着社会的发展和对教育的重视程度提高,对小学英语教师教学技能方面的要求也越来越高。微格教学是一种有效培训教师的方法,它不仅可以使大学的课堂充满活力,而且能够有效地提高小学英语师范生的教学技能。本文首先介绍了微格教学法的定义、特点和理论基础;其次,分析了微格教学法对提高小学英语师范生教师技能的作用,然后对比了微格教学法在大学课堂、顶岗实习以及自我培训中的应用及效果分析。最后总结全文,并指出在微格教学过程中需要注意的问题。本文研究为小学英语师范生的培养提供了一个参考模型。

Abstract

With the development of society and the improvement of the attention to education the requirements to improve the teaching skills of primary English teachers are increasing. Microteaching is an effective method of training teachers. It can not only make the university classroom full of vitality but also can effectively improve the primary English normal students’ teaching skills. This paper firstly introduces the definition, the characteristics and the theoretical basis of microteaching. Secondly, it analyzes the effect of microteaching to improve the teaching skills of primary English normal students, and then compare the application and effect of microteaching in the university classroom, internship and self-training. The last part is the conclusion and the problems that we need to avoid in the process of microteaching. This paper provides a reference model to cultivate the teaching skills of primary English normal students.
