论《灿烂千阳》中的女性创伤与复原 On Trauma and Recovery of Females in A Thousand Splendid Suns
《灿烂千阳》被誉为阿富汗女性的血泪史，小说以战乱的阿富汗为背景，讲述了两位阿富汗女性在经历了父权制社会和战争带来的创伤后，共同奋起反抗的故事。本文运用创伤理论对两位女主人公玛丽娅姆和莱拉的创伤经历进行了系统分析，然后从原生家庭，婚姻和社会三个维度阐释了她们所遭受的心理创伤，以及她们通过重建安全感、重拾亲密关系、重述创伤经历和重构自我认同等途径实现创伤修复的过程。本文旨在呼吁社会关注以阿富汗妇女为代表的女性心理创伤及其治疗。同时，鼓励受创者在创伤理论的科学指导下直面心理创伤，主动寻求帮助，早日从创伤中恢复，实现精神和肉体的双重解放。

Abstract
A Thousand Splendid Suns is praised as the history with blood and tears of Afghan females. The novel is set in war-torn Afghanistan, telling the story of two Afghan females who rise up together after suffering from the trauma of patriarchy and war. This paper applies trauma theory to systematically analyze the traumatic experiences of Mariam and Laila, the two female protagonists in the novel. Then it explains the psychological trauma they suffer from three dimensions of original family, marriage and society, and then summarizes the recovery process of the protagonists’ trauma by reestablishing security, restoring intimate relationship, restating the traumatic experience and reconstructing self-identity. This paper urges the public to pay attention to trauma and recovery of females, represented by Afghan women. Meanwhile, it encourages the victim under the scientific guidance of trauma theory to face up to the psychological trauma, seek help actively and recover from trauma early, to achieve the dual liberation of spirit and body.
