大采高采煤机新型行走装置的设计

采煤机的行走机构主要是承担采煤机的行走任务,通过行走机构上的行走轮与安装在刮板输送机上销排的啮合运动,使刮板输送机上的采煤机实现往复运动,以完成采煤机的割煤和装煤工作。
采煤机的地下工作条件非常恶劣,且行走时的牵引阻力大,常常伴随着各种冲击载荷,所以行走轮经常出现齿形的磨料磨损,齿面的胶合,甚至出现轮齿断裂等严重损害。长期以来,行走轮都是采煤机的一个薄弱环节,国内的行走轮寿命一般在一个月到三个月之间,就算国外的采煤机的行走轮寿命也一般在半年左右;由此可以看出采煤机的行走轮是一个相对容易损坏的的部件,而行走轮一旦损坏,采煤机将无法正常工作,将造成较大的经济损失。所以,提高采煤机行走轮是具有很重要的现实意义。
本次设计完全采用渐开线齿轮齿条啮合,所以本设计完全采用渐开线齿轮齿条的啮合原理,使行走轮与齿排啮合传动趋向平稳;采用四轮行走装置,增加其啮合点,提高行走轮的承载能力。

Abstract
The walking mechanism of the shearer is mainly to undertake the walking task of the shearer. Through the meshing movement of the walking wheel on the walking mechanism and the pin on the scraper conveyor, the shearer on the scraper conveyer realizes the reciprocating movement, so as to complete the coal cutting and coal loading work.
The underground working conditions of the shearer are very bad, and the traction resistance of the walking is large and often accompanied by various impact loads, so the gear wheel often appears the abrasive wear of the tooth shape, the gluing of the tooth surface and even the fracture of the tooth. For a long time, the walking wheel has become a weak link of the shearer. The life of the walking wheel in China is usually from one month to three months, even if the life of the walking wheel of the foreign shearer is usually about half a year; thus, it can be seen that the walking wheel of the shearer is a relatively easy damaged part, and the walking wheel is damaged once. Bad, shearers will not work properly, will cause greater economic losses. Therefore, improving the shearer's wheel is of great practical significance.
This design uses involute gear and rack mesh completely, so this design uses the involute gear rack meshing principle completely, makes the driving wheel and tooth row meshing transmission tend to be stable; use four wheel walking device, increase its meshing point, improve the carrying capacity of the walking wheel.
