项目质量管理与案例分析

经过三十多年的发展，我国建筑业的技术和工艺水平得到空前的提高；市场竞争和生活水平的提高，促使企业加强对工程项目质量的管理。一个工程项目是否成功，取决于该项目的质量能否达到标准、通过验收。工程项目的质量关系到人们的生命财产安全，只有质量优良的工程项目，人们才会愿意去购买使用，才能保证企业的效益和发展。本文介绍了工程项目质量管理的理论、方法和工具，以及如何管理好工程项目的质量；在案例分析部分利用项目质量管理的方法和工具，对案例出现的质量问题进行分析，找出问题产生的原因，并加以解决。

Project quality management and case analysis
ABSTRACT
After more than 30 years of development, the technology and craft level of China's construction industry has been unprecedentedly improved; the market competition and the improvement of living standards have prompted enterprises to strengthen the quality management of engineering projects. The success of an engineering project depends on whether the quality of the project can reach the standard and pass the acceptance. The quality of engineering project is related to the safety of people's life and property. Only the engineering project with good quality, people will be willing to buy and use it, so as to ensure the benefit and development of the enterprise. This paper introduces the theory, methods and tools of project quality management, as well as how to manage the quality of the project; in the case analysis part, using the methods and tools of project quality management, analyzes the quality problems in the case, finds out the causes of the problems, and solves them.
