BIM技术在建筑工程中的应用——以春风十里住宅小区2号楼为例BIM技术在当前社会不断发展,其不仅可以使公司企业对其所管理的项目进行集中化和精细化管理,还可以让项目的参与人员各种合作交流的方式得以改善。具体到建筑实施单位,BIM技术可以通过项目图纸在电脑上建立一个三维模型,从而在建筑项目开工前,建筑方可以直观的观察到项目的整体和各细化部分从而预见的到项目在后期过程中遇到的各种问题,这样就可以提前解决问题,避免出现工期的延误。在这个互联网时代,大数据时代,BIM技术已经成为目前施工过程中的核心基础的技术,因此作为新一代的建筑人,为了能更好更快的融入建筑事业中,就必须承认BIM的地位,对BIM技术进行研究,在推动BIM发展的同时也推动本专业的进步。本文介绍了BIM技术的体系与应用方式,以及BIM正向设计的概念。并以一个住宅楼为例,创建了土建、水暖、机电模型,将制作出来的模型投入到各种层面的应用当中,通过碰撞检查来寻找管线之间、管线与土建之间的冲突,通过净高分析来分析房间内净高是否满足使用要求和相关规范要求,并通过模型进行BIM的深化应用。对如何在建筑工程项目中利用BIM技术做出了一定有益的探索。

Application of BIM Technology in construction engineering -- Take Spring Wind Ten Miles Residential District Building 2 as an example
ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of BIM Technology in the current society, it can not only enable companies to manage their projects intensively and delicately, but also improve the ways of cooperation and communication among project participants. Specific to the construction implementation unit, BIM Technology can establish a three-dimensional model on the computer through the project drawings, so that before the construction project starts, the builder can intuitively observe the whole and detailed parts of the project, so as to foresee the various problems encountered in the later process of the project, so as to solve the problems in advance and avoid the delay of the construction period. In this era of Internet and big data, BIM Technology has become the core, most important and most basic technology in the current construction process. Therefore, as a new generation of builders, in order to better and faster integrate into the construction industry, we must recognize the status of BIM, study BIM Technology, and promote the development of BIM as well as the progress of the profession.This paper introduces the system and application of BIM Technology, and the concept of BIM forward design. Taking a residential building as an example, the civil engineering, plumbing and electromechanical models are created, and the models are put into various levels of application. The conflicts between pipelines and civil engineering are found through collision inspection. The clear height analysis is used to analyze whether the clear height in the room meets the use requirements and relevant specifications, and the BIM is further applied through the model. This paper makes some beneficial exploration on how to use BIM Technology in construction projects.
