随着国际建筑行业的产业转型升级,越来越多的施工工程、装修项目开始使用并融合应用BIM技术同时,越来越多的BIM软件开发公司研发出各种方便操作的BIM辅助软件和工具。不可否认,BIM技术的出现,帮助整个建筑行业的施工过程提质增效。但是,目前在实际运用过程当中,有不少用户对于软件的操作还存在很多问题,比如对软件本身以及协同软件的不熟悉,导致应用BIM体系之后工作效率反不如前。需要我们去探索熟悉BIM软件的操作。本文通过BIM技术的原理和功能引入,通过正向设计的理念,对一座工厂进行了建模和优化。对该工厂模型的建立主要包括土建、机电、装修等几个方面,优化部分主要包括:碰撞、支吊架、预留洞和净高分析,通过不断地完善来确保项目符合相关的行业标准规范和实际使用要求。最后我们对整个工厂模型进行了图片渲染和三维动画制作,从广度和深度两个方面对BIM正向设计的理念有了进一步的理解认知和探索创新。

ABSTRACT
With the industrial transformation and upgrading of the international construction industry, more and more construction projects and decoration projects begin to use and integrate BIM Technology. At the same time, more and more BIM software development companies have developed a variety of convenient BIM auxiliary software and tools. It is undeniable that the emergence of BIM Technology helps improve the quality and efficiency of the construction process of the whole construction industry. However, in the actual application process, many users still have many problems for the operation of the software, such as the unfamiliar with the software itself and collaborative software, which leads to the work efficiency of BIM system is not as good as before. We need to explore and be familiar with the operation of BIM software. In this paper, through the principle and function of BIM Technology, through the concept of forward design, a factory is modeled and optimized. The establishment of the factory model mainly includes civil engineering, mechanical and electrical, decoration and other aspects, the optimization part mainly includes: collision, support and hanger, reserved hole and clear height analysis, through continuous improvement to ensure that the project meets the relevant industry standards and actual use requirements. In the end, we make picture rendering and 3D animation for the whole factory model, and have a further understanding and innovation of BIM forward design concept from both breadth and depth.
