项目风险管理和案例分析
任何项目在进行过程中都存在着不确定的事件发生，也就是项目风险。一个项目越复杂，随之而来的风险几率也会变大。为了避免经济损失和人民生命财产危害，做好项目风险方面的管理至关重要，这也是项目管理的重要组成部分。本篇文章通过运用项目风险管理的相关理论知识，对国内外的项目风险管理加以分析比较，结合项目案例进行具体分析，找出该项目案例在项目风险管理方面的欠缺和不足，并提出了相应的对策。总结项目风险管理的经验，希望对其他项目的实施提供一点借鉴。

Project Risk Management and Case Analysis
ABSTRACT
There are uncertain events in the process of any project, that is, project risk. The more complex a project is, the greater the risk probability will be. In order to avoid economic losses and people's life and property harm, it is very important to do a good job in the management of project risk, which is also an important part of project management. Through the use of the relevant theoretical knowledge of project risk management, this paper analyzes and compares the project risk management at home and abroad, combined with the specific analysis of the project case, finds out the deficiencies of the project case in the project risk management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper summarizes the experience of project risk management and hopes to provide some reference for the implementation of other projects.
