差异教学在初中地理教学中的应用

差异教学是在集体授课的基础上,教师关注学生个性差异,实行差异化的教学设计,实施差异化的教学过程,以此来促使学生的全面发展。通过访谈和问卷调查,发现在初中地理教学中实施差异教学存在:地理教师对学生个性差异的关注程度不够、地理教师对差异教学理论的认识具有局限性、地理教师在教学中实施差异教学的程度不高和学校差异化教学资源匮乏的问题。基于此,提出以下策略:关注学生个性差异;提高地理教师相关理论认识和技能水平;设计实施差异教学方案;加强学校差异化教学资源开发。最后通过《长江的开发与治理》教学案例进行差异教学实践。

Research on the Application of Differential Teaching in Junior Middle School Geography Teaching
Abstract: Differential teaching is a modes of instruction on account of class teaching architecture, which demands teachers to keep a watchful eye on students' individual differences, carry out differentiated teaching design and implement dif-ferentiated teaching, so as to promote students' all-round development. Through in-terview and questionnaire survey, found in the difference teaching in junior middle school geography teaching, geography teacher enough concern for the students' indi-vidual differences, geography teachers' understanding of difference teaching theory has limitations, the difference teaching in the teaching of geography teachers differ-entiation degree is not high and the school teaching resources shortage problem. Based on this, the following strategies are proposed: pay attention to students' per-sonality differences; To improve the relevant theoretical understanding and skill level of geography teachers; Design and implement different teaching programs; Strengthen the development of differentiated teaching resources in schools. Finally, the teaching case of "the development and management of the Yangtze River" is used to carry out different teaching practice.
