锰铁合金尾渣成分和温度对离心机头耐磨性的影响锰铁合金尾渣属于高炉废渣,是高炉炼铁后的额外产物,排出温度在1400 ℃以上。现在多用高炉渣制备矿渣棉。可以利用其显热,提高回收价值。制棉时,将调质后的高炉废渣,在1350~1400 ℃的高温下,由出料口均匀连续地浇落在高速旋转的离心机辊头上,经离心作用形成细小的无机纤维。而矿渣棉生产过程中,离心机头因磨损严重而迅速失效。导致工人师傅大概12 h替换一次机头。离心机头的材质为27SiMn钢。研究锰铁合金尾渣成分和温度对离心机头耐磨性的影响,可以减少企业的磨损预算,对促进我国钢铁冶金行业深度减排和节能降耗,具有重要意义。 本文以交城义望铁合金厂提供的离心机头为实验材料,制样后分别计算室温下砂轮打磨前后的质量损失,高温加热前后质量损失。观察室温和高温下的金相组织。结果表明,在室温和工业高温下,试件质量磨损率都较低。但经过高温加热,显微组织发生质变,由铁素体和珠光体完全转变为奥氏体。且晶粒变得粗大,晶粒数量减少,强度硬度降低,力学性能变差,耐磨性降低。 关键词:离心机头;高温易损;耐磨性;晶粒晶界;摩擦磨损 Abstract Ferromanganese alloy tailings belong to blast furnace slag and are additional products after blast furnace ironmaking. The discharge temperature is above 1400 ℃. At present, the slag cotton is made from high furnace slag. The sensible heat can be used to improve the recovery value. In the process of cotton making, the treated and quenched blast furnace waste slag is poured uniformly and continuously on the roller head of the high-speed centrifuge at the high temperature of 1350 ~ 1400 ℃ through the discharge port, and the fine inorganic fibers are formed by centrifugation. In the process of slag cotton production, the centrifuge head fails rapidly because of serious wear and tear. It caused the worker to replace the machine head once about 12 hours. The centrifuge head is made of 27SiMn steel. It is of great significance to study the influence of composition and temperature of fermanganese alloy tailings on the wear resistance of centrifuge head, which can reduce the wear budget of enterprises and promote the deep emission reduction and energy saving and consumption reduction in China's iron and steel metallurgy industry. In this paper, the centrifuge head provided by Jiaocheng Yiwang Ferroalloy Factory is used as the experimental material. After sample preparation, the mass loss of grinding wheel before and after grinding at room temperature is calculated and the mass loss before and after heating at high temperature is calculated. Metallographic structure of the observation chamber under mild and high temperature. The results show that the mass wear rate of the specimen is low at room temperature and industrial high temperature. However, after high temperature heating, the microstructure changes, from ferrite and pearlite completely transformed into austenite. And the grain becomes coarser, the grain number decreases, the strength and hardness decreases, the mechanical properties become worse, the wear resistance decreases.
