Abstract
The insurance market develops with the positive interaction of the capital market, it is the wise choice that the objective request to develop the financial system, is also the necessity choose after our country join into WTO, and can keep on after a life time into the insurance industry development .From the developed countries ’experience, we know that the insurance market interaction well with the capital market, which can produce the enormous and latent benefits. At present, in our country the insurance market interacts and development with capital market, the path that can choose has: Increase the scope of invests the bond; Business stock certificate investment fund; invest the insurance fund into the capital market directly; Create new products of the insurance market. The problem of insurance market develops with capital market interaction to need advertent is that: take the risk of capital market seriously, enhance the risk management; extend the scale of the capital market, establish and perfect the insurance legal system laws.
