凡客诚品微博营销存在的问题及对策

首先分析该企业怎么通过微博进行营销而获得成功的,其次通过对其中存在的对微博营销的不重视问题、竞争对手可能会利用微博发布负面信息,微博数量的激增及信息膨胀,会导致消费者对信息难以筛选,微博营销的绩效考核体系不完善等一系列问题进行探讨,进而提出重视微博营销,优化微博信息,强化微博管理,传递真实信息,多种交流方式相结合,不断创新,完善绩效考核体系等一系列措施来解决这些问题,希望能够对凡客诚品品牌的继续营销提供参考。
