随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人们的饮食和消费观念在不断的改变。
外出用餐变得更加的经常化和理性化。人们对消费质量的要求也在不断提高，更加追求快餐的品牌质量、品位特色、卫生安全、营养健康和简便快捷。在此背景下，建湖的快餐业也有了迅猛的发展。本文着重从建湖县中式快餐的发展现状着手，通过对建湖县中式快餐发展现状中所存在的问题进行分析，并针对这些存在的问题提出相应的发展措施。
