东航“跳槽”现象的原因及举措分析

随着经济的不断发展,“跳槽”现象也日益突出。这种人力资源的不正常流动,给企业带来了巨大的损失,而“跳槽”现象同时也得到了众多学者的关注与研究。近年来,员工因跳槽与企业产生纠纷的例子不胜枚举,而东航的“返航事件”更是一种极端的表现形式。本文就由于飞行员因“跳槽”问题引起的“东航”罢飞事件展开分析,并结合中国民航企业市场化改革的大背景,分析中国民航业飞行员流动局限性的原因。具体针对东航公司现状,对东航的人力资源结构,薪酬体制等方面进行分析,并对东航的企业管理提出合理化意见,促使其完善激励体制,加强人才培养。最终确保企业可以留住关键人才,使企业的人力资源管理更加完善。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):跳槽;人力资源;人才;人力资源结构;激励。Abstract: As the economy continues to develop, 'switch' is also becoming more prominent. This is not the normal human resources flow to the enterprise has brought about tremendous losses, and, at the same time 'switch' phenomenon has also been concerned by many scholars and researchers. In recent years,there are many examples for staff and business disputing, and China Eastern's 'back' incident is an extreme form of this pheromone expression. In this paper, we analysis the 'Eastern' stop flight inciden caused by pilots 'switch' problem ,combined with China's civil aviation market-oriented reform of corporate background, analysis of China's civil aviation industry, the reasons for the limitations of the pilot flow. Specific status for China Eastern Airlines Corporation, the human resources of the Eastern structure, pay structure and other aspects of analysis, and enterprise management Donghang the rationalization of the views put forward to improve its incentive system, strengthening the training of personnel.
