广州市通信建设有限公司培训工作现状分析和改进探讨黄文娟摘要:在当今激烈的市场竞争中,各个企业为了加强自身竞争力,纷纷加大对培训工作的建设和投入。但是,即使是像广州市通信建设有限公司这样的现代化企业,在培训方面投入了大量人力物力,培训效果却不尽如人意。本文通过对广州市通信建设有限公司的培训工作进行调研,从中分析出该公司培训工作中存在的不足并提出建立系统的培训制度,拓展培训内容和形式,完善培训评估体系等改进意见,为国内同类型企业及广大中小企业的培训工作提供参考。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):培训 中小企业 竞争力

 
ABSTRACT:In the furious market competition, many enterprise strengthen the construction of training and work in order to strengthen competitiveness. However, even like such modernized enterprise as Guangzhou Telecommunications Construction Corporation, also invested a lot training effect on manpower and material resources but the result is not satisfactory. Based on the construction of Guangzhou Telecommunications Construction Corporation, this article analysis the insufficiency of its training work and puts forward suggestions for the same type of domestic enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprise training work to provide the reference.
