企业对新员工的入职业培训是现代企业人力资源管理与开发的重要环节。根据培训对象的层次,采用正确的培训手段与方法,建立科学的培训评估机制,才能使培训的目标和效果得以实现。本文详细分析了深圳市电信实业运营维护分公司现有的新员工入职培训工作,就其培训目的、内容和过程,提出个人的改进意见。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)人力资源管理,入职培训,新员工

ABSTRACT    The duty training to new employees is an important link of human resources management and development of a modern enterprise. According to the training target and trainees’ level, we can realize the training goal and effect by adopting appropriate training means and methods and setting up a scientific training assessment.
This text analyzes in detail the existing training to new employees of the branch company of operation and maintenance of Shenzhen Telecommunication Industry. Based on the training target, contents and course, my personal suggestions for improving the training is presented.
