企业人事档案管理工作的现状分析与改革研究

【内容摘要】

面对人事档案内容陈旧、利用价值低、作用淡化等现实情况,本文通过分析人事档案管理工作的现状寻找其现实弊端,并结合现代企业人力资源管理理论,对人事档案管理工作的改革进行研究、探讨。本文提出了人事档案管理工作改革的方向和具体实施方法,即人事档案管理工作的开放化、法制化、信息化、社会化以及人事档案信息的开发与利用。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)人事档案,管理,改革 ABSTRACTIn the face of the personal files which are outmoded in the content, low value in use and thin in the function, this thesis is to investigate and discuss on the reformation of the personal files through analyzing the present conditions of the personal files, finding their malpractice and combining with the theories of the present human-resources management in the enterprises.
