基于胜任力的企业培训系统研究

【内容摘要】

随着市场经济的发展,企业实力的较量逐步转变为人才的较量,企业培训的力度越来越大。企业培训投入不断增加,如何提高培训有效性的问题也就凸现出来。从胜任力角度来研究企业培训系统,就是为了找出培训的根本所在,提高培训的有效性。引入胜任力有助于提高企业培训的科学性和有效性、有助于企业培训与企业战略以及企业文化相结合。通过对国内外企业培训、胜任力研究理论和胜任力在企业培训中的作用的认识,以及对传统培训系统存在的一系列问题的分析,如:缺乏合理的培训计划和培训内容、缺乏科学的培训需求分析、缺乏健全的评估机制等等,从基于胜任力的培训需求分析、制定培训计划、组织培训的实施、评估培训效果四个方面建构企业培训系统,这样能够确定科学的培训需求并有效指导培训的开展,将培训转化为绩效,从而提高企业培训的有效性。 关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):胜任力;培训;有效性 ABSTRACTWith the development of the market economy, enterprises gradually change the strength of the battle for talent, enterprises training is growing. How to improve the effectiveness of training is highlighted. Researching training system from the perspective of competence is to identify the essence of training to enhance the effectiveness of training. The introduction of competence training will do help to improve the scientific nature and effectiveness of enterprise training and contribute to corporate strategy, as well as a combination of corporate culture. Through domestic and foreign enterprises training and the theory of competence research and training in business awareness of the role, and the problem of traditional training system, such as: lack of a reasonable training program and training content, lack of scientific training needs analysis, lack of a sound evaluation mechanism, etc. from the competence training needs analysis, formulate training plan, organize the implementation of training to assess the effects of four aspects of training to build enterprise training system, this can determine the training needs of scientific and to guide the development of training, to promote the training to performance, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of enterprise training.Keywords: Competence; Training; Effectiveness
