家族企业人力资源管理的误区及对策

家族企业的诞生对世界经济活动的变化以及经济的发展扮演着重要的角色,它对经济的作用是不可估量的。家族企业的诞生存在其必然性和合理性,它的发展趋势也是不可阻挡的。尽管如此,目前对于家族企业的定义还是存在百家争鸣的状况。在目前的社会状况下,中国的家族企业在人力资源管理上存在着很大的误区和问题,导致家族企业的发展受到严重制约。本文从人力资源的选择、使用、评价、保留和发展五个方面对我国家族企业人力资源管理的误区和不足进行了分析,进而提出与之一一相对应的改善对策,以期建立适应社会发展的现代管理模式,实施科学的人力资源管理,达到企业的长远发展。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):家族企业,人力资源,管理误区,对策 ABSTRACTThe birth of family business plays an important role in changing the economic activities and economic development in the world. Its function in the economy is incalculable. The birth has its necessity and rationality and the development trend is irresistible. Nevertheless, the current definition of family business is existing state of lively debate. In the current social situation, there is a considerable misunderstanding and problems in human resources management for the Chinese family business, which leads to a serious restriction of its development. This paper analyze the misunderstanding and problems from five aspects: selection, employ, evaluation, retention and development of human resources in Chinese family enterprises’ management errors and shortcomings, and then put forward five corresponding improvement measures, in order to build modern management model adapting to social development, carry out the scientific human resources management and achieve long-term development.
