论儒家文化对家族企业人力资源管理的影响

儒家文化是中华文化的瑰宝,其思想博大精深,源远流长,对当代中国乃至世界都有着巨大的影响。儒家文化作为儒家文化圈各国人民的共有财富,在提高人们的道德观念和行为准则方面起着积极的促进作用,同时在提高企业管理水平上也起着融通和互补的作用。作为儒家文化背景下诞生的家族企业,其人力资源管理深受儒家文化的影响,儒家文化对家族企业人力资源管理既有积极影响,也有消极影响。通过探索儒家文化与家族企业人力资源管理之间的联系和发展,挖掘儒家文化中的积极因素,遏制和消除其消极因素,在家族企业人力资源管理的各个环节上引进儒家文化先进的管理理念,能使家族企业人力资源管理理论在吮吸儒家文化底蕴的基础上建立自己独特的体系,进而达到古为今用,中西贯通的目的。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):儒家文化;人力资源管理;家族企业;管理理念 ABSTRACTConfucian culture is a treasure of Chinese culture, the ideological breadth is profound and can goes back to ancient times, and it has a far-reaching impact on china and the whole world. Confucian cultural circle of Confucian culture, as the total wealth of all peoples, plays a positive role in the respect of raising awareness of the moral values and codes of conduct, and also plays a financing and complementary role in promoting the level of corporate governance. Family business, at the birth of Confucian culture, its human resources management is effected by Confucian culture, both positive effect and negative effects. The thesis aims to explore the Confucian culture and human resource management family business linkages and the development, to mine the positive factors in the Confucian culture, to contain and eliminate the negative factors, Family Business should introduce advanced philosophy of confucianism into all links of Human Resource Management.so that human resources management of family business can absorb in theory of Confucian culture and develop its own system, thus the past can serve the present, both linking China and the West.Keywords: Confucian culture;human resources management;family business;management concept
