目前，我国领导者的权力性影响力泛滥，非权力性影响力被忽视，非权力性影响力的提高能直接增强领导者的管理能力，加强领导者的非权力性影响力建设已经势在必行。目前主要存在的问题有：我国传统的管理文化导致领导者非权力意识淡薄，官僚组织结构使管理者过度依赖权力性影响力，领导者对非权力影响力的关注程度较低，员工的态度助长了权力性影响力的泛滥，管理过程的复杂性淡化了非权力影响力的效果等等，这些问题都阻碍了领导者非权力影响力的提高。根据国内外领导者非权力性影响力研究的理论，结合我国领导者非权力性影响力的应用现状，对我国领导者非权力性影响力运用的问题进行研究发现，组织要不断改善领导选拔录用途径，全面考评领导素质，建立良好的组织文化，突出非权力影响力的重要性，领导者自身需要对非权力影响力有正确且全面的认识，改变传统观念，针对自身存在的问题，加强道德文化修养，丰富专业知识，提高工作能力，以身作则，提高综合素质，全面提升自身非权力影响力。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：非权力影响力；领导者；组织文化；途径 ABSTRACTAt present, the authoritative influence of the leader of our country overflows, the non- authoritative influence is ignored, the improvement of the power influence can strengthen the leader's managerial ability directly, it is already imperative in construction to strengthen the non- authoritative influence of the leadership.
