略论提高领导者非权力影响力的有效途径

【内容摘要】

目前,我国领导者的权力性影响力泛滥,非权力性影响力被忽视,非权力性影响力的提高能直接增强领导者的管理能力,加强领导者的非权力性影响力建设已经势在必行。目前主要存在的问题有:我国传统的管理文化导致领导者非权力意识淡薄,官僚组织结构使管理者过度依赖权力性影响力,领导者对非权力影响力的关注程度较低,员工的态度助长了权力性影响力的泛滥,管理过程的复杂性淡化了非权力影响力的效果等等,这些问题都阻碍了领导者非权力影响力的提高。根据国内外领导者非权力性影响力研究的理论,结合我国领导者非权力性影响力的应用现状,对我国领导者非权力性影响力运用的问题进行研究发现,组织要不断改善领导选拔录用途径,全面考评领导素质,建立良好的组织文化,突出非权力影响力的重要性,领导者自身需要对非权力影响力有正确且全面的认识,改变传统观念,针对自身存在的问题,加强道德文化修养,丰富专业知识,提高工作能力,以身作则,提高综合素质,全面提升自身非权力影响力。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):非权力影响力;领导者;组织文化;途径 ABSTRACTAt present, the authoritative influence of the leader of our country overflows, the non- authoritative influence is ignored, the improvement of the power influence can strengthen the leader's managerial ability directly, it is already imperative in construction to strengthen the non- authoritative influence of the leadership. At present, the main problems are: it is not that the power consciousness is faint that our country's traditional management culture causes the leader, bureaucrat institutional framework make administrator depend on authoritative influence unduly, leader to power concern of influence intensity lower, the staff's attitude has encouraged the overflowing of authoritative influence, the complexity desalinization of management is not that these questions such as a result of the influence of power all hinder the improvement that a leader is not the influence of power. According to the papers in foreign leader in the influence of non-power based on the theoretical study, combined with China's leader in non-power application of the influence of the status quo, the leader of China's non-power influence the use of the study summed up the issue, the organization should improve leaders and choosing the route of employing constantly, check and rate the quality of leading in an all-round way; Set up the good culture of organization, stress it is not the importance of the influence of power; Leader oneself need to have correct and overall understanding power influence, change the traditional idea.
