试论现代企业培训的需求分析

随着经济全球化和社会飞速发展,组织之间的竞争日益加剧。在组织的人、财、物、信息四种资源中,人力资源无疑是第一宝贵的,自然成了现代管理的核心。企业要想在未来市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须塑造自身的核心竞争能力,而企业培训恰恰是提供知识和信息,提高员工素质,增强企业核心竞争力的重要方式之一。所以在现代企业中,人力资源培训与开发的重要性也日趋突出。培训需求分析作为培训活动的首要环节,在培训中发挥着基础性、指导性作用,直接决定了培训的成败。随着越来越多的企业将人力资源开发的重点转移到员工培训上来,培训需求分析的理论、方法、思路以及实际分析流程成为企业人力资源管理者们的必备知识和工具。通过分析培训需求分析的作用、企业培训需求分析中产生的问题以及培训需求分析的三要素,利用企业培训需求分析的方法和技术,即基于胜任力的培训需求分析的方法,能从战略层面对培训需求进行分析,提高企业培训的有效性。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):人力资源开发;培训;需求分析;胜任力 ABSTRACTWith the rapid economic globalization and social development, increasing competition among organizations. In the organization's human, financial, material, information, four kinds of resources, human resources is undoubtedly the first precious, naturally became the core of modern management. Enterprises are to remain invincible in the future market competition, we must create their own core competence, and corporate training is precisely to provide knowledge and information, improve staff quality, and enhance core competitiveness of enterprises is one important way. So in modern enterprises, human resources training and development, the importance of becoming increasingly prominent. Training activities, training needs analysis as the primary link in the training plays a fundamental, guiding role, directly determine the success or failure of training. As more and more enterprises will shift the focus of human resource development training to staff up, training needs analysis theory, methods, ideas and practical analysis of human resources business process managers to become the necessary knowledge and tools. By analyzing the role of training needs analysis, corporate training needs analysis and training needs arising from the issue of the three elements of corporate training needs analysis using methods and techniques, that is, competency-based training needs analysis, from the strategic level of the training needs analysis, training help to improve business results.
