晨鸣集团核心员工激励制度研究

摘 要改革开放以来,我国造纸行业以其灵活的机制,较强的适应性迅猛发展,取得翻天覆地的变化,逐渐成为国家经济发展的主要力量,但其自身的缺陷也逐渐显现,特别是对于核心员工的激励机制的构建,并严重影响和制约了我国企业的稳定持续发展,只有从企业现状以及核心员工的实际出发,认真研究相关激励理论,遵循管理规律,才能真正提高企业对核心员工的管理水平。本文结合晨鸣集团的人力资源现状和在激励方面存在的问题,指出建立核心员工合理有效的激励机制是该公司摆脱现有激励问题的必然选择。文中有关激励机制的基本理论,在激励机制背景认识的基础上,通过对企业核心员工的需要分析,提出核心员工激励方面存在的普遍性问题,然后对晨鸣公司现行的激励状况的实际调研,提出了该公司对核心员工现行激励机制存在的问题,从激励机制理论出发,针对所提出的问题提出对公司核心员工的外在激励机制和内在激励机制的对策。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】:造纸、晨鸣集团 核心员工、激励制度

 

 
Abstract
Since reform and opening, China's paper industry with its flexible mechanisms, strong adaptability to the rapid development of earth-shaking changes made, has become a major force for national economic development, but also its own shortcomings gradually. Such as stimulus-management Wen Ti, in particular, the core staff for the construction of incentive mechanisms, and seriously hampering the company's stable and sustainable development in China, only the current situation and key employees from the business reality of serious study related to incentive theory, follow the management law, can we truly improve enterprise management level of core employees.
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of core staff motivation issue paper based on the combined company's human resources Chenming status and problems in motivation, pointing out that the core staff to establish an effective incentive mechanism is reasonable and the company out of the existing incentive problems inevitable choice.
