摘要经济型酒店以其特有的目标市场和服务特点被大众消费群体广泛接受，以干净、舒适、方便、实惠为主要特征的现代经济型酒店于上个世纪90年代引入我国后，最近几年经历了高速的增长。近年来，济南经济型酒店持续升温,各大经济型酒店纷纷踏足济南[1]。2009年短短一年多的光景，济南市的经济型酒店猛增近百家，在让济南的客人备感便利的同时，出现了大量跟风店，而且由于行业竞争和自身管理等因素，出现了很多制约其发展的现象，济南经济型酒店市场的重新洗牌迫在眉睫。本文通过对经济型酒店行业特征的分析，着重研究了济南经济型酒店市场的现状，并指出了发展过程中所出现的问题，就如何建立本土经济型酒店的竞争优势提出了相应的对策，对济南市的经济型酒店发展有一定的实践意义。 关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：经济型酒店；竞争；管理；对策ABSTRACTEconomy hotels， with its unique characteristics of the target market and service the mass consumer groups are widely accepted.with clean, comfortable, convenient and affordable as the main feature of the modern hotels in the 90s of last century after the introduction of China in recent years has experienced rapid growth. In this paper, characteristics of the hotels industry analysis, and focused on the Jinan hotels market and point out that the development process of the problems, and how to establish the competitive advantage of hotels proposed countermeasures against Jinan City, hotels in some degree of practical significance.
