摘要旅行社是旅游业三大支柱之一，旅行社健康快速的发展会极大的促进旅游业的发展，同时旅行社的发展能促进当地经济的发展，有效解决当地的就业问题。近年来，济南市旅行社的经营和发展随着经济的发展有了极大的变化。但是在发展的过程中也存在着很多的问题。本文将以分析济南市旅行社的经营和发展现状为主线，结合济南市旅行社经营和发展中存在的问题，对旅行社的经营和发展进行深层次的思考，总结提出对济南市旅行社未来发展的思路和建议。相信这些问题的解决将会极大的促进济南市旅行社的发展，同时对济南市旅游业的发展产生良好的带动作用，间接上促进济南市经济平稳健康的发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：济南市；旅行社；措施
ABSTRACT
Travel service is one of three big pillars of tourist trade, development of healthy fleetness of travel service will be immense promoting development of tourist trade, and the development of the travel service can promote the local’s economy, has an effect to resolve the issue of obtaining employment. In recent years, Jinan travel service has had immense changes with the development of the economy. But there also has many problems in the process of development. The main body of the book will give first place to manage and analysis the present situation of Jinan travel service, union the problems of Jinan travel service, carry out deep-seated thinking on managing and development of travel service , sum up the train of thought and suggestion suggesting that to Jinan travel service future development. I believe the solving of these problems will be immense promoting the development of Jinan travel service, at the same time, it will fine spurring acts on to development of Jinan tourist trade, indirect go ahead promoting development of stable health of Jinan economy.
