中国重型汽车集团有限公司经营现状与发展策略研究

摘要中国重型汽车集团有限公司(简称中国重汽)有着悠久的生产重型卡车的历史,在20世纪80年代引进斯太尔项目,经过近20年的发展已经成为中国重型卡车最大的生产商之一。2001年以来,中国重汽经过重组,得到了巨大的发展,由年生产几千辆重型卡车发展到年产12万辆。随着中国加入WTO,国际和国内环境的改变,汽车技术的更新换代以及环保问题,中国重汽面临着诸多机遇和挑战。本文通过分析中国重汽面临的内外部环境,结合企业价值链以及核心竞争力理论对中国重汽的内部外部进行分析,针对公司未来发展提出了建议和策略。首先简要介绍了中国重汽的发展情况;其次通过企业价值链分析了中国重汽的经营现状;利用SWOT分析方法研究了中国重汽自身的优势与劣势,以及潜在的机会与面临的威胁;最后主要基于提升企业核心竞争力提出了中国重汽未来的经营发展策略。这些策略主要包括:加强技术研发与创新能力,完善企业价值链,完善品牌概念、深入打造企业文化,打造精确营销服务,加强应对经济风险的能力以及巩固企业信息化建设等。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):中国重汽集团有限公司;企业价值链;SWOT分析;核心竞争力

 

ABSTRACT
China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd(CNHTC)have a long history of producing heavy trucks. In 1980’s CNHTC introduced the STYER series. After almost 20 years development, CNHTC has become the largest heavy-truck production base in China. Through restructuring, CNHTC has got tremendous growth. Annual production of CNHTC has been developed from thousands heavy-trucks to 120,000 heavy-trucks. During the changes of international environment and domestic environment, China’s accession to WTO, the upgrading of automotive technology and the environmental requirements, CNHTC faces more and more opportunities and challenges.
 After analysis the internal and external environment of CNHTC, combining the internal and external advantages of CNHTC and the theory of value chain and core competence, the author take some advice and tactics to the company’s further development. First, the author introduces the development situation of CNHTC in briefly. Second, the author analyzes CNHTC’s production and operation status at present. We have made an specific analysis on CNHTC's present situation of production and operation viewing from its technology and mode of production and strategy of both marketing and internationalization. Third, the author studies CNHTC’s strengths, weaknesses, potential opportunities and threats. Finally, we take the operation development strategy on CNHTC’s future growth based on enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The main strategy include: strengthen research and innovation, improve the value chain, improve the brand concept and the corporate culture ,build the precision marketing service,strengthen the capacity of coping with economic risks, steady the enterprise information construction etc.
