摘要： 近年来，随着我国钢铁工业的迅速发展，对生产钢铁的主要原材料——铁矿石的需求量也不断地扩大，国内铁矿石的产量越来越不能满足需求。目前我国钢铁工业所用的铁矿石已有一半以上来自进口。然而近年来我国进口铁矿石价格持续走高，导致我国钢铁企业的生产成本大大的提高。我国虽是世界铁矿石进口第一大国，却屡次对铁矿石的定价失去话语权，这使得我国钢铁企业在原料上付出了巨大成本。本文试图从国际铁矿矿石的供需和价格机制方面对上述问题进行探讨，并结合当前全球金融危机的大背景下形势的一些变化，提出一些应对上述不利局面的建议。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）:铁矿石供需状况定价机制战略 Abstract：In recent years, as the development of iron and steel industry in china, the demand of iron ore, the main raw material of steel industry , have became larger and larger, the production of iron ore in china could no longer satisfied the demand. Now there are more then a half of iron ore from import. At the same time, the price of import iron ore have got higher and higher, this situation leaded to a great cost of iron and steel enterprises on raw material. China is the largest iron ore import country, but china lost the right to speak on pricing year by year, this caused Chinese factory cost a lot on raw material. This article try to analysis the reason of price uping from the international demand and supply of iron ore and pricing mechanism, along with the changing during the Financial crisis, then give some suggestion to face this unfavorable situation.
