我国企业职业经理人激励机制研究

【内容摘要】

我国的企业已经进入了蓬勃发展的阶段,选择合适的职业经理人对于企业的发展意义重大。但是相对于发达国家,我国职业经理人的发展历史不过十几年,尚缺少完善的职业经理人激励机制。随着职业经理人市场的逐渐形成,如何有效地激励职业经理人成为国内企业关注的一个重要问题。本文在分析有关职业经理人的概念和现状的基础上,阐述了激励思想的发展和企业激励机制设计的理论基础,通过研究国内外职业经理人的激励机制,对其进行了比较。根据分析结果得出了四点完善我国职业经理人激励机制的基本思路,即建立以长期激励为主体的薪酬激励制度,职业经理人的股权激励方案,与企业文化相结合,实施对经理人的精神激励,以及构建代理理论下职业经理人薪酬激励机制,并对这四点基本思路提出了具体的实施方案。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】职业经理人 激励机制 薪酬 管理

 

Abstract
    Enterprises in our country have entered a phase of development, appropriate choice of professional managers is of great significance to the development of enterprises. However, compared with developed countries, the history of professional managers' development is just more than ten years in China, so it is still lack of perfect incentive mechanism. As the market of professional managers gradually taken shape, how to motivate professional managers effectively becomes an important issue of domestic enterprises. This paper, based on the analysis of some related concept and the current situation of professional managers, desecrates the development of the mind of incentive and theory foundation of enterprises' incentive mechanism design. Through the study of the incentive mechanism of domestic and foreign enterprises, this paper compares them to each other. According to the result of the analysis, the paper comes to four basic ideas of improvement of the professional managers' incentive mechanism in our country, which are the establishment of long-term incentive pay mechanism as the main incentive mechanism, equity-based incentives program of professional managers, combined with the corporate culture, implement the spirit incentive of the manager, and the build of professional managers' incentive pay mechanism under the agent theory. And the paper suggests specific implementation plans to the four points.
