我国企业国际化经营中的跨文化管理问题研究

【内容摘要】

跨文化管理问题是近年来学术界探讨的热点之一,它时刻困扰着众多跨国公司管理阶层。优秀和谐的企业文化会极大的促进企业的发展,但是,企业的经营者在进行国际化经营时,往往面临着与其母国文化不同的文化差异和冲突。如果跨国企业的管理者对他国文化能予以理解和尊重,则工作比较容易开展;相反,则会在实施其管理职能时遇到种种困难。本文从跨文化管理的内涵出发,分析了我国企业国际化经营的现状和跨文化管理面临的挑战与存在的问题,在此基础上提出了解决我国企业国际化经营中跨文化管理问题的策略,并以海尔跨文化管理为例,总结了其跨文化管理的成功做法及其启示。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】国际化经营 文化冲突 跨文化管理


 

Abstract
Cross-cultural managements one of the academic communities to explore the hot spots, which issues in recent years .It always plague the management of large multinational companies. Excellent and harmonious corporate cultures will greatly promote the development of enterprises, but enterprises conducting international operations are often faced with the culture different of their home countries, with different cultural diversity and conflict. If the managers of multinational corporations can be understood and respected different cultural, it is easier to carry out the work; the other hand, will be in the implementation of its management functions of the difficulties encountered. In this paper, the connotation of cross-cultural management, the analysis of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises operating status and cross- cultural management challenges and problems, on the basis of that to provide a solution to internationalization of Chinese enterprises operating in cross-cultural management strategies, and cross-cultural management of Haier as an example, summed up their successful cross-cultural management practices and their inspiration.
