中国企业实施低成本战略的现状及对策分析

【内容摘要】

竞争是市场经济的客观产物,若想在市场竞争中站稳脚跟,企业需要寻求自身的竞争优势。作为企业获取竞争优势的途径之一,低成本战略为中国企业成长与产业发展提供了更为广阔的空间。随着我国经济的持续发展,我国企业实施低成本战略取得了很大成就,但同时也面临一系列新的竞争环境的挑战。本文试图通过分析中国企业实施低成本战略的现状,总结出成功经验和失败误区,进而提出使企业获得持续成本优势的新思路,如建立现代成本管理观念、树立“新水桶”观念等,使研究成果更具有理论价值和实用价值。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】竞争战略 低成本战略 企业竞争力
Abstract
Marketing economy is always resulted competition. Enterprises have to chasing and forming their own competitive advantages if they are willing to survive in the market. As one of methods to gain competitive advantages, the cost-leadership strategy has created an opportunity for Chinese enterprises and industry development. With the growth of the economy in China, Chinese enterprises have achieved a lot through the low cost method. Meanwhile, they are also facing variety competitive challenges. This thesis attempts to analyze the current situation of Chinese enterprises which implementing cost-leadership. By summarizing the pros and cons of the cost-leadership strategy, the thesis composes a new method for enterprises to achieve low cost advantage, such as adopting modern attitudes toward cost management or building new short wood philosophy, and then contributes on both theoretical and practical arena.
