中国中小企业管理模式选择分析

管理模式的选择对于一个企业来说,非常重要。目前,我国中小企业的管理出现一些问题,这主要是管理模式的不适用造成的。我国大多数企业在管理模式方面借鉴发达国家的企业管理模式,发达国家的企业管理模式都是基于他们所处的环境所建立。中国中小企业所处的环境与他们的不同,这必然会出现“水土不服”的现象,这就要求中国中小企业要进行管理模式的选择。本文从中国企业管理的问题分析出发,找出目前管理模式的弊端所在,并进一步分析找出适合中国中小企业的管理模式即人本管理模式。同时,对人本管理模式的适用性及其构建进行了阐述,以期为中国中小企业的管理模式做出相应的选择建议。【关键词(本论文范文的主要论点)】中小企业 管理模式选择人本管理
Abstract
The choice of the management mode is very important to an enterprise. At present, some questions have appeared in the management of the small to medium-sized enterprises of our country, the main reason is that management mode is not applicable. Most enterprises in our country draw lessons from the developed country in management mode. Their management modes are all set up on environments that they are in. The environment that Chinese small to medium-sized enterprises are in is different from theirs. This will inevitablely cause the phenomenon “not acclimatized”. This requires that Chinese small to medium-sized enterprises carry on the choice of the management mode. This text begins from case study of Chinese business administration, finding out the drawback of the management mode which is used at present. And further analyze to find out the management mode suitable for Chinese small to medium-sized enterprises, that is Human-oriented management mode. Meanwhile, explain the applicability and constructing of Human-oriented management mode, in order to give some proposes for Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises when they choose management mode.
