大学生口语交际会话含义研究

【内容摘要】

本文从合作原则出发,把这一原则运用到日常会话范围中。通过分析调查大量的英语口语会话,研究结果表明通过违反合作原则,在特殊语境下产生会话含义是大学生口语交际和会话的一大特色。文章指出口语会话巧妙地违反合作原则产生特殊交际的目的,并由此从社会文化角度深入探讨违反合作原则及产生会话含义背后的制约因素。运用例证法和抽样调查法分别分析这一现象后的文化,心理因素等。本文所得出的结论为更全面地理解和对待格莱斯的合作原则予以启示也为准确的理解大学生日常对话含义提供了一定的理论参考和指导。同时通过实证研究了解大学生是如何通过违反合作原则来达到其会话的目的。一方面,会话含义使其日常会话更加丰富多彩。另一方面,该实证研究也为其更好的理解格莱斯的合作原则和会话含义原则提供实践了指导。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):会话含义;合作原则;大学生口语交际

Exploration of the Conversational Implicature in College Students’ Spoken Communication
Abstract
The thesis starts from the Cooperative Principle (CP for short) and applies this principle to the daily spoken communication of the college students. By analyzing and investigating a large number of college students’ conversations, we make a conclusion which shows us that it is a special character of college students’ communication by violating CP principle and generate conversational implicature in special context. The paper points out the purpose of the communication by violating CP principle cleverly and then produces the conversational implicature. The thesis provides us with inspiration with a fully understanding and approaching of Grice’s CP principle and it also supplies us with certain theoretical reference and guiding which makes it possible for us to make an appropriate understanding of the college students’ spoken communication. Meanwhile, through the empirical study, we will know how the college students realize their communicative purposes by violating CP principle. On the one hand, the conversational implicature theory gives the college students the opportunity to make their conversations more wonderful and meaningful; on the other hand, the empirical study provides us with practical guiding so that we can make a full understanding of the CP principle and the Conversational Implicature Theory.
