武术作为我国的传统体育项目之一，是我国的国粹。他历史悠久，形式繁多，博大精深，有着极为深厚的文化底蕴。他充分的展现着中国人的精神、智慧以及中国人五千年来世代相传的优良传统。不仅有极为有效的健身功用，也有着极高的精神教育价值。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、座谈会等形式对滨城区部分中小学学生、家长及体育教师、校领导进行调查分析与研究。目前，我区学校武术教学存在着许多不足之处，本文通过多种研究方法，找出存在的问题，如社会宣传力量薄弱、学校重视程度不够、学生和家长认识不足、师资缺乏、课时少、竞赛少、缺乏有效地宣传组织武术活动方法等方面。针对这些问题，对本地区中小学学校武术教学提出了一些改革设想与建议，主要从如何提高认识、加大普及力度、改进教材内容、加强师资力量、注重科研及活动方面提出改革设想。

Martial arts in the development of the urban waterfront each primary countermeasures
Abstract
As one of Chinese traditional sports, Wushu is the quintessence of the Chinese culture, with a long history, various of forms, profound cultural base, fully shows the Chinese spirit, wisdom and excellent tradition. Wushu plays effective roles not only in improving the health, but also in the spiritual education.
For the present, there are many deficiencies in Wushu’s teaching in our district. Using those research methods mentioned above this paper finds out such problems as weak strength of social propaganda, less emphasis from school， little knowledge of the students and their parents about Wushu, shortage of teachers, less class hours and competition, lack of effective organization, and so on. In response to, this paper puts forward some tentative ideas and suggestions including how improve knowledge, increase popularity, improve the content the textbook, strengthen the teacher’s quality, stress on scientific research and activity.
