一个国家或地区的经济发展与它的产业结构变化密切相关。产业结构的变化不仅反映了一个国家或地区经济发展的水平和特点，同时也影响了这个国家或地区经济发展的速度和方向。一个国家或地区先进的产业结构能够极大地促进区域经济的发展；反之，落后的产业结构会严重的阻碍区域经济的发展。在滨州市经济发展过程中，影响经济发展的因素很多，其中产业结构中存在的问题是制约滨州市经济发展的重要因素之一。针对这一问题，本文首先通过对滨州市产业结构的演变过程、特征及现状的分析，找到了滨州市现行产业结构所存在的问题；然后，针对这些问题，本文提出了一些解决措施，以期能够促进滨州市经济的持续发展。

A Study on Adjustment of the Industrial Structure of Binzhou in the Process of Economic Transition
Abstract
The economic development of a country or a district is related to the change of its industrial structure. An advanced industrial structure of a country or a district can greatly accelerate the process of its economic development; or, a bad industrial structure may hinder its economic development seriously. In the development process of economy in Binzhou, there are a lot of factors influenced the economic development, the existent problem in the industrial structure is one of the important factors of economic development in Binzhou. Aim at this problem, at first, by analyzing the process, characteristics and the present conditions of development of Binzhou’s industrial structure, this article shows the problems existing in its industrial structure, which are awfully holding back continuing development of its economy. Then, aim at these problems, several reasonable measures are given to resolve them, intending to promote economic growth of Binzhou consistently.
