旅游业作为全球的朝阳产业，它兴起于二次世界大战之后，在经济、科技、交通运输等因素的推动下，经过短短几十年的时间，旅游业取得了突飞猛进的发展。中国旅游业兴起于上世纪七十年代末，作为全球最大的发展中国家正在向旅游大国悄然迈进。然而，随着我国旅游业的发展，旅游业对环境、社会、文化的负面影响正逐渐被人们所认识。生态环境恶化，不良思想泛滥，传统文化遗失，管理体制混乱，这些问题就像一扇紧闭的门，挡住了中国旅游业前进的步伐，而打开这扇门只有一把钥匙，那就是：旅游可持续发展。滨州市有丰富的自然资源、人文资源及优越的地理位置，因此，在发展旅游业方面有着得天独厚的条件。但是，像许多城市一样，由于管理经验的不成熟，过重的经济倾向性，经济条件的限制等因素，滨州在发展旅游业的过程中也不可避免的存在一系列问题，比如植被的破坏、水体污染、噪声污染、景点的粗放式开发等。本论文在国家旅游可持续发展的大背景下，从环境保护入手，为滨州旅游发展提出一些可行性建议，以便促进滨州市旅游业的健康、可持续发展。关键词：滨州 ；旅游可持续发展 ；问题分析； 举措
The sustainable development of tourism and environmental protection of Bin Zhou
Abstract
Tourism can date from 1940th.It has a short history which is about 60 years. With the development of tourism, there are so many kinds forms of it had came about, such as agritourism, ecotourism, and so on. All of these do great good to the development of our society. Especially the agritourism, it can promote the development of the rural, agriculture and farmers. What is more, it can also protect and explore our glorious national culture. However, during in the progress of it, there are also some issues, such as air and water pollutions , ecology destroy, loss of biodiversity ,ext. Bin Zhou as a long historical city in the northwest of Shan Dong province ,has brilliant culture ,plenty tourism resources. Thanks to the poor tourism plan and low level technology, Bin Zhou faces with the same issues as other cities meet with .The key to these problems is: sustainable development of tourism .This paper is based on the tourism sustainable development of our country, concentrate on ecology protection, get a well know about the tourism resource, economy, government planning, laws, local people and so on, at last, put out some good opinions on sustainable development of tourism.
