1990年以来，滨州市服务业取得了较为长足的发展，服务业在经济增长方式转变、产业结构优化升级和吸纳就业人口等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，但是整体水平与发达城市比较仍显落后。本文从服务业的研究阶段、增长行为、内部结构、县区发展不平衡等方面对滨州市服务业发展的基本特征进行了分析。在此基础上探讨各区县服务业发展的区域差异，从空间上将将滨州市服务业发展水平划分为发达、次发达和不发达三个基本类型，找出发展中存在的问题，提出解决对策，以期在对未来滨州市服务业的发展提供某些参考。研究认为，滨州市应继续优化传统服务业内部结构，发展壮大具有比较优势的服务行业，提高现代服务业整体发展水平，最终实现服务业内部结构的升级。

A STUDY ON THE BASIC CHARACTERISTICS AND SPATIAL DISPARITY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICE INDUSTRY IN BINZHOU
Abstract
Since the 1990s, service industry has developed rapidly in Binzhou. Service industry becomes more and more important in the information-oriented economy and plays a key role in the transformation of economic growth pattern and the upgrade of industrial structure.
This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the development of Binzhou’s service industry from the following aspects: development phase, growth pattern, internal structure and regional disequilibrium. The development of Binzhou’s service industry undergoes three phases since 1990s. The proportion of value-added service and employment of Binzhou’s service industry is lower than that of other cities' of the China. Traditional service industry takes a dominant proportion. Furthermore, the article explores the inter-regional, intra-regional disparity of the development of Binzhou’s service industry. It is necessary to promote the overall development of Binzhou’s service industry in different towns and sectors.
