建设社会主义新农村是我国政府在社会发展新时期的重大战略任务，旅游业作为新兴的综合性产业，能够带动相关产业的连同发展，具有促进经济社会发展的多重功能。在推进社会主义现代化建设中，依据乡村旅游当前的发展状况，把搞好乡村旅游作为切入点，提出相关对策和措施发展农村经济，建立社会主义新农村的新模式，对提高农民生活水平和构建和谐社会有重要意义。本文依据滨州市新农村建设现状和当地发展乡村旅游的良好条件和天然优势，从发展乡村旅游与社会主义新农建设的互动关系入手，分析了乡村旅游对滨州市农村建设的促进作用及现实意义，并且联系当前政府的相关法规政策，进而提出了以乡村旅游对滨州新农村建设的具体建议和措施。

Abstract
Building a new socialist countryside is China's major strategic task in the new period, as an emerging tourism industry integrated with the promotion of economic and social development of the multi-functional. In advancing the socialist modernization drive, the basis for rural tourism development in the current situation, to do a good job in rural tourism as an entry point, make relevant policies and measures to develop the rural economy,these improving their living standards and building a harmonious society is important in both. In this paper, based on the new status of rural, development of rural tourism , the natural advantage of good conditions of Binzhou City, from the development of rural tourism and the construction of new socialist interaction among farmers start, analysis the development role of the rural tourism and promotion of practical significance for Binzhou City,and contact the government and relevant regulations and policies, then put forward a new rural tourism on rural development Binzhou specific proposals and measures.
