物流业是社会经济发展的纽带。随着信息技术的普及应用和电子商务的发展，在实现由传统物流向现代物流快速转型的同时，物流业也被提到了前所未有的高度，越来越显示出其在社会经济发展中的重要作用和战略地位。随着互联网的发展和通信技术的进步，跨平台、组件化的GIS（地理信息系统）和GPS（全球定位系统）技术的逐步成熟，基于GIS/GPS的应用将构造具有竞争力的透明物流企业。本文就是将物流配送的信息环境与地理信息系统结合，再应用适当的空间信息分析与处理技术，以提高传统的物流配送决策在空间数据分析与处理方面的能力，使得路径得到优化，提高物流配送的效率，降低成本。

Abstract
Socio-economic development of the logistics industry is the link. With the spread of information technology applications and e-commerce development, from traditional logistics to the rapid restructuring of the modern logistics, the logistics industry has also been referred to an unprecedented level, increasingly demonstrated its important role in the socio-economic development and strategic position. With the development of the Internet and advances in communication technology, cross-platform, component-oriented GIS (Geographic Information System) and GPS (Global Positioning System) technology matures, based on GIS/GPS application to construct a competitive and transparent Logistics enterprises. This is the logistics information environment and geographical information systems, and then apply the appropriate spatial information analysis and processing technology to improve logistics and distribution of traditional decision-making in spatial data analysis and processing capacity, so the path has been optimized, improve logistics and distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
