农村育龄妇女的卫生健康意识现状调查-以江苏省xx村为例目的: 了解江苏省东台市富安镇安澜村农村育龄妇女的卫生健康意识, 探索提高其卫生健康意识的途径和对策。方法: 设计调查问卷, 采用随机抽样的方法入户对195名农村育龄妇女进行结构式访问。结果: ①农村育龄妇女卫生健康意识缺乏依然是不容忽视的现状, 在调查对象中，每年都进行妇科检查的妇女只有13.33%，39.49%的妇女多年才进行一次妇检，47.18%的妇女从来就没有进行过妇科检查；②育龄妇女的年龄、文化程度、家庭经济条件及妇女组织的介入程度等是影响其卫生知识知晓率的主要因素。结论: 要加快发展经济，加大卫生健康知识宣传力度，充分发挥妇女组织及政府的作用，同时充分发挥农村育龄妇女自身的主观能动性，努力增强她们的保健意识，提高健康水平。

Abstract
Objective: This paper was intended to understand the rural fertilization women’ health conscious in Jiangsu Dongtai city, AnLan village so as to explore some approaches and countermeasures to enhance their consciousness of health. Methods: The paper employed random sample to survey the countrywomen in fertile age face to face. Results: Firstly, the situation that the rural fertilization women’ health awareness is low is still not allowed to ignore. Among the respondents, only 13.33% of them obtain gynaecological examination every year, 39.49% of them take it for years, and 47.18% of them never have. Secondly, the age, educational level, economic conditions and the degree of the women’s organization’s involvement are all main factors influencing the rate of their knowledge about health. Conclusions: We should try to accelerate the development of economy, increase health knowledge propaganda, give full play to the women's organizations, government function to enhance their awareness of health care and improve their health level.
