在金融危机的冲击下，我国大批农民工面临严峻的就业形势。大量的农民工失业造成许多不良影响，因此面对新形势下农民工的就业问题，政府应积极采取有效措施促进农民工再就业，减轻失业农民工的压力。政府可从完善农民工就业培训体系、鼓励引导农民工自主创业、积极促进产业结构调整、构建针对农民工的农村社会保障体系等方面促进返乡农民工再就业。政府应着力解决失业农民工面临的保障合法权益的问题、完善农民工救助机制、做好农民工心理压力疏导工作，从而减轻留城失业农民工的压力。

Under the impact of the financial crisis, large migrant workers faced severe employment situation. A large number of farmers unemployment caused many adverse effects, therefore face under the new situation of the migrant workers, the government should obtain employment problem to take effective measures to promote employment, alleviate unemployment migrant workers. The government can improve employment training system and encourage migrant workers guide, actively promote self-employed industrial structure adjustment, the construction of rural migrant workers in the rural social security system, promoting the employment of rural migrant workers to return. The government should strive to resolve unemployed workers face of security problems, perfecting the legitimate rights and interests of the migrant workers to rescue mechanism, the psychological pressure, thus reduce leave persuation working pressure of unemployment of city workers.
