突发事件舆论引导是政府处置事件必不可少的重要环节之一，面对突发事件政府如何正确有效的进行舆论引导，是一个亟待进行深入研究探讨的重大课题，也是加强中国共产党执政能力建设的重要方面。本文旨在列举过去我国政府在突发事件处置舆论引导过程中出现的一些不当做法，分析这些不当的做法背后深层的主客观原因，并在此基础上提出突发事件舆论引导的实践理路。
