网络在公共政策民主化进程中的势力演变摘要网络对公共政策的影响力经历了从无到有，从小到大的过程，至今已成为影响公共政策制定和实施的重要力量。梳理我国互联网发展在公共政策民主化进程中的演变，网络问政已成为了解民意的渠道之一，并逐渐成为了主流渠道。而微博的“走俏”，代表着网络问政迈向了一个新高度。随着网络的日益普及，互联网在中国民众的政治、经济和社会生活中扮演着日益重要的角色。网络对于民主政治的贡献无疑是值得肯定和期待的。网络的发展颠覆了传统执政方式和过程的封闭，为公众扩大了知情度，为公众表达民意、参与经济社会及政治生活提供了一个方便快捷的舆论平台。政府应该更多的倾听民意，了解民意，尊重民意。要做到民主决策，尊重公众的主体地位，并通过制度化的渠道表达公众的真实愿望和要求，使决策充分反映民意，广泛集中民智，通过网络手段推动公共政策民主发展。真正实现“权为民所用，利为民所谋，情为民所系”目标，从根本上推动政府由管理型向服务型转变。
