知识型员工的激励机制研究--以xx生物技术有限公司为例

企业的管理既是对人的管理,也是通过人来管理的。激励作为调动人的积极性的行为,通常被企业管理者用来引导员工实现企业目标。而知识型员工素质相对较高,知识性强,大多从事创造性劳动。他们的知识水平、工作方式、个人性格及需求倾向与普通员工有很大的不同。本文以现代管理学理论体系为指导,以广州博济生物技术有限公司为例,研究知识型员工的激励机制。发现广州博济生物技术有限公司的激励机制不够完善,陈旧的激励制度阻碍了企业的发展,导致了大量的人才流失,也造成了人员频繁的流动。经过研究、分析,提出了公司激励机制的完善对策。关键词:知识型员工,激励,激励机制
Abstract
Enterprise management is people management, but also managed by people. Incentive as the act to mobilize people's enthusiasm, usually used to guide the staff of managers to achieve business goals. knowledge workers have the higher quality relatively, strong knowledge, and them mostly engaged in creative work. Their level of knowledge, work manner, personality and tend of needs have very different with ordinary people. The paper is base on the theoretical system of management and with Guangzhou Boji Biotechnology Limited company for example, research the incentive mechanism to knowledge workers. Find the incentive mechanism of Guangzhou Boji Biotechnology Limited company is imperfect, the old incentive mechanism hindere the development of the company and lead to a large number of brain drain. At the same time,causing frequent movement of staffs. Through study and analysis, put forward the consummation countermeasure of the incentive mechanism for company.
